These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coaching.cleancorp.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Cleancorp (NSW) Pty Ltd ("Cleancorp Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, registering for a workshop, joining the Unlocked membership, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide business coaching, live paid workshops, the Unlocked group coaching membership, one-to-one coaching programs, free tools and resources, and educational content for commercial cleaning business owners. Some services may be subject to their own additional agreement provided to you at the time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.
Prices for workshops, membership, and services are shown on the Site and are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (HubSpot Payments / Stripe). One-off bookings are confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with joining details. The Unlocked membership is billed as a recurring monthly subscription (see section 5).
Workshop fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a live session, you will still receive access to the recording for 48 hours after the session. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available session.
Unlocked is a monthly coaching membership, billed in advance each month in USD. Founding members pay $997/month, locked in for the life of a continuous, active membership; once the founding places are filled, the rate for new members is $1,997/month.
30-day guarantee. If you don't love being part of the program after the first 30 days, we'll buy it back from you in full, no questions asked - just email us within 30 days of joining.
12-month commitment. After the first 30 days, membership is a 12-month commitment. Monthly payments continue for the remainder of that term.
After your initial 12-month term, membership continues month to month until you cancel. To cancel, email us before your next monthly renewal date. Except for the 30-day guarantee above, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-month or pro-rata refunds. Your key level and status remain yours while your membership is active. Some benefits are earned by reaching turnover milestones and are not guaranteed simply by joining.
Live workshops are delivered online. Where a recording is offered, it is made available for 48 hours after the session for your personal use only. Recordings and workshop materials may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
All content on the Site and within our workshops, membership, tools, and programs - including text, videos, frameworks, templates, and materials - is owned by Cleancorp (NSW) Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own business only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute it without our written permission.
The Unlocked membership includes access to a community and member portal. You agree to engage respectfully, keep other members' information and discussions confidential, and not use the community to spam, recruit, or sell to other members without permission. We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that harms the community.
You agree not to misuse the Site or our services, including by attempting to disrupt the Site, access it unlawfully, or use our content in a way that breaches these Terms or any applicable law.
Our workshops, membership, and coaching are educational. We share strategies that have worked for us and others, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial or business result - outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or accounting advice; please seek your own professional advice where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleancorp (NSW) Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as YouTube or our payment provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, without affecting any consumer rights you may have in your own country.
