Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cleancorp (NSW) Pty Ltd ("Cleancorp Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit coaching.cleancorp.com (the "Site"), register for a workshop, join the Unlocked membership, apply for coaching, use our free tools, or otherwise interact with us.

We are based in Australia, and many of our clients are located in the United States and the United Kingdom. We aim to comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (and the Australian Privacy Principles), the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable United States privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA).

Information we collect

Information you give us - for example when you fill in a form, register for a workshop, join the Unlocked membership, apply for one-to-one coaching, complete our Pricing Checkup, or email us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, and information about your business that you choose to share.

Payment information - when you purchase a workshop or membership, payment is processed by our payment provider (HubSpot Payments / Stripe). For the Unlocked membership this includes recurring monthly billing. We do not store your full card details on our systems; they are handled by the payment provider under their own security standards.

Information collected automatically - when you use the Site we may collect device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages) through cookies and similar technologies, primarily via our platform provider, HubSpot.

How we use your information

  • To provide and deliver our workshops, membership, coaching, tools, and content;
  • To process payments (including recurring membership billing) and send booking or purchase confirmations;
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • To send you updates, offers, and practical tips where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to do so - you can opt out at any time;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases (UK/EU visitors)

Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for example, marketing emails); performance of a contract (to deliver a workshop, membership, or service you have purchased); and our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business), balanced against your rights.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, including:

  • HubSpot - our website hosting, CRM, forms, email, and analytics platform;
  • Payment provider (HubSpot Payments / Stripe) - to process one-off and recurring payments;
  • Other service providers strictly as needed to deliver our services;
  • Authorities or third parties where required by law.

International data transfers

Because we operate from Australia and use global service providers, your information may be stored or processed in Australia, the United States, or other countries. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection wherever it is processed.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (primarily through HubSpot) to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format (UK/EU);
  • For California residents: know what personal information we collect and request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at lani@cleancorp.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
