Commercial Cleaning Operator Audit

Commercial Cleaning Business Audit for Owners

Hi, I’m Lisa Macqueen, founder & CEO of Cleancorp, an 8‑figure commercial cleaning business.

This is an operator‑level audit for established cleaning business owners who want clarity and control before scaling amplifies existing problems.

If you already have staff, active sites, and regular work - but you’re not confident your pricing, delivery, or systems are actually supporting growth - this audit will show you exactly what’s breaking and what to fix first.

This is not coaching.
This is not a discovery call.
It’s a paid commercial cleaning business audit.

Why This Audit Exists

Most cleaning businesses don’t struggle because of a lack of work.
They struggle because leaks compound as they grow.

Pricing that doesn’t reflect reality.
Scope creep no one accounted for.
Delivery systems that rely too heavily on the owner.

Scaling without fixing these issues doesn’t solve the problem -
it multiplies it.

This audit exists to give you clarity before growth makes things harder.

Cleancorp is currently the only known 8‑figure commercial cleaning business globally offering this level of operator‑led audit and implementation support to external cleaning business owners.

This is operator‑to‑operator work - not theory, not consulting, not coaching.

Who This Audit Is For

This audit is designed for owners who:

• Run a commercial or mixed cleaning business

Already have clients, staff, and active sites

• Are past the “startup” phase

• Carry real operational responsibility

• Want certainty before adding more work

This is not for brand‑new businesses or residential‑only operators.

What I Diagnose In The Audit

Across two 60-minute sessions, I diagnose:

• Pricing and margin logic

• Scope vs delivery reality on sites

• Quoting and sales flow

• Operational cadence (QA, reporting, rework)

• Where the owner is still the bottleneck

This is a working audit - not a high‑level conversation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a sales call?

No. This is a paid audit. There is no pitch on the call. If it becomes clear that further support would be helpful, I’ll outline what that could look like through our Cleaning Business Mentoring - but only if you ask.

Will I get real feedback, even if it's uncomfortable?

Yes. This audit is designed to surface what’s actually happening in your business, not to validate what you hope is happening.

What if I just want the audit and nothing else?

That’s completely fine. Many owners use the audit as a standalone clarity exercise and implement the recommendations themselves.

Is this suitable if I’m still small or just starting out?

No. This audit is for established operators with staff, active sites, and delivery complexity. If you’re still in the startup phase, consider booking a Strategic Advisory Call with Lisa instead..

What happens after the audit?

You’ll receive a written summary outlining the key constraints, priorities, and recommended next steps. What you do with that information is entirely up to you.

For some owners, clarity is enough.
They take the audit, implement the recommendations internally, and move on.

For others, the audit reveals issues that are harder to install alone - pricing changes, delivery systems, role clarity, or removing owner dependency.

If that’s the case, I may outline what working together over a structured 90‑day mentoring period would look like.

This is not offered to everyone.
It’s only discussed when:

  • The problems are clear

  • Implementation matters

  • And support would materially change the outcome

There is no obligation to continue beyond the audit.

The audit stands on its own.
